Through real-time notifications, NuPad let agents, like you, connect on demands from home-seekers in your vicinity by two ways: Load and browse trending demands (Click on the briefcase icon) Receive (Real time, Daily, or Weekly Demands) email and push notifications Message the home seeker if you can meet demand or respond with a match. Alternatively, list homes by recommending homes with least amount of details via photos. Seekers respond to discover more.
